Customer Support Specialist

The Role:
We’re looking for an ambitious and inventive individual to join Mercku as a Customer Support Specialist. Working in a fast-paced start-up company, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills with our team, who’s passionate about innovation and collaboration. This role requires a high degree of efficiency and organisation to help support all aspects of a scaling tech company. What you’ll be doing:
Become a product expert – you will need to use and understand our products to develop a better understanding of what our customers and clients value
You will serve as the first impression for our customers, managing and resolving customer inquiries regarding the use, functionality, or features of our products
Oversee North American logistics by processing replenishments, samples, and shipment orders, working closely with our domestic and international logistics partners
Design materials and protocols that support the Business Development team

Who we are looking for:
You have at least one year of professional work experience and have graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in the last three years. Previous customer service experience preferred.
You’re a critical thinker and reliable multi-tasker with solid interpersonal skills
You have strong capabilities in Microsoft Office, especially in PowerPoint and Excel
Thrive in a dynamic and diverse team and is committed to building an influential culture focused around connectivity
