Job Description

  • Hands on technical sales service-oriented engineer
  • Routine and extensive sales travels to visit new and existing customers
  • Provide customer local support, help troubleshoot and analyze technical issues
  • Work closely with the headquarters technical teams to provide customer timely support
  • Understand customer issues/needs, often in a pressurized environment while summarizing and documenting the key points.
  • Effectively convey Celeno’s value proposition and competitive advantages
  • Support sales activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing/sales events
  • Prepare and conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations
  • Work independently with little supervision

Qualifications:

  • Work independently with little supervision
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in electrical engineering, communication engineering, computer science or related field
  • Demonstrable ability to understand issues from system level down to detailed hardware and software components.
  • Exhibits a “can-do” attitude; Takes ownership of problems, works across multi-disciplined teams, and drives fixes to conclusion.
  • Hands on experience in demos/trials/troubleshooting
  • Strong technical background – preferred experience with Wi-Fi / CPE related technology
  • Experience working with service providers – an advantage
  • Experience with embedded hardware and software – an advantage
  • At least 5 years’ experience in pre-sales/technical sales engineering activities
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English: spoken, reading and writing – additional languages are an advantage
