Senior Systems Engineer (Pre and Post Sales)

Description and Requirements:

The position will be the first technical sales position in an exciting award-winning early-stage startup that is creating a new category of millimeter-wave products for the all-wireless enterprise.
This position will be responsible for running the first customer pilots of this new product in the U.S. and training other presales and post sales engineers to run pilots in other parts of the world. This position will also be responsible for developing a pre-sales technical package for customers to help explain the technical and business advantage of the product. The position will also perform post sales work in installing and setting up the product and training others to do the same.

The person should have 5+ years of relevant experience in pre-sales or post sales engineering and systems/applications engineering in the Wi-Fi or cellular/mobile industry and should be a self-starter and passionate about making a huge impact in a new startup and helping build the business.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• BS degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to develop training programs
• Good communications and presentation skills
• Ability to interface with engineering and customers

Additional Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of Wi-Fi technologies is a plus
• Knowledge of millimeter wave technologies is plus
