The Technical Sales Consultant will be pivotal in spearheading global Technical Sales initiatives for telecom, ISP (Internet Service Provider), and enterprise clients. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of Telco+, Networking business use cases, with the ability to translate customer needs into tailored product or solution offerings. As an integral member of the Technical Sales team, the consultant will collaborate closely with the Sales division to secure business opportunities that drive revenue growth. This position emphasizes a customer-focused, solution-oriented approach, requiring the consultant to effectively present solution overviews through compelling storytelling and provide cost justification for packaged solutions.

Responsibilities
Business and Strategy
• Primarily engaged in technical consulting, offering our NGN products for turn-key solution sales.
• Handle sales leads from global Telecom and Enterprise customers and understand their business needs.
• Conduct technical discovery calls with customers to understand and address their pain points effectively through a viable solution proposal.
• Show your technical expertise from the Telecom, Enterprise, and Networking domains by recommending the right solutions to the customer’s technology team.
• Work independently and do presentations, demos, PoCs, proposal writing, security compliance, and product briefings.
Processes
• Adhere to the ANTlabs standards, terminologies, and governance process.
• Collaborate with the Sales division on customer engagement.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
• Work with technology teams for the overall solution in line with ANTlabs’ policies and procedures.
• Follow standard tender submissions for RFI and RFPs.
• Package solutions effectively, ensuring they are technically feasible, scalable, and aligned with customer goals.
Business Conduct
• Design tailored technical solutions that leverage our product suite based on customer requirements.
• Requires personal responsibility in maintaining high standards of ethics, business conduct across the company.
• Develop accurate solution costing based on customer specifications, technical requirements, and desired outcomes.
• Proactively identify, escalate, resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters.
Risk Management
• Foresee any risk that might arise during the initial offering, tender requirements in the technical sales, and escalate proactively.
• Every solution proposed must be in line with ANTlabs’ guidelines to prevent any risk for the company and the customer.
Governance
• Follow the company and group policies being implemented.
• Adhere to standard ANTlabs solution terminology across all communications, documentation.
Key Stakeholders
• Sales division – deals with global sales leads
• Service Excellence – cross-validation of solution offering
• PMO – to deliver projects once the deal is secured through a purchase order
• Operations (support) division – for project maintenance and post-sales enquiries
• Partners – agency or contractors leading to the end customer
Our Ideal Candidate
• 8 – 10 years of experience in Telecom, Enterprise Networking solutions
• Experience in technical sales/consulting, solution architect with a strong technology background
• BE / MCA / MSc in computer science, Engineering disciplines
• Preferred – certifications from cloud providers, networking, and AGILE
• Certifications – good to have – RHCSA/ CCDP / CCIE / RHCE
Role-Specific Technical Skills
• Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, cost sheets, and technical scope documentation to support the sales process.
• Strong experience in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-level networking solutions.
• Experience in 5G mobile core elements, DDI, IPAM solutions is highly required.
• Strong knowledge of security and networking infrastructure environment.
• Strong knowledge of External API integration frameworks.
• Knowledge of network virtualization environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to multitask.
• Business travel is required.
